This being my birthday, I decided to give you a bit of me as a gift from me to you. So I invited the incredible Tash McGill to take over the episode and put me in the hot seat, taking it wherever she wanted to take it. And she does just that.
Tash is a broadcaster, podcaster, creative, storyteller, writer, and strategist. She works in business transformation, especially within the food, beverage and hospitality industries. She is chairperson of the New Zealand Whisky association and has recently been named a finalist in the Spirits Communicator category of the prestigious International Wine and Spirits Competition. On top of all of that, she hosts a podcast called The Transformationist, talking to people who are transforming the spaces they occupy - so definitely check that out.
We talk about creating yourself rather than finding yourself, about changing our minds on theology and life, baggy jeans and oversized football jerseys, being a white male in a world of white male privilege and we explore how and why my new book came about.
